Kawagoe is a city called “Koedo” which means little Edo, former name of Tokyo and famous for sightseeing destination.In its center formed by streets of the warehouse building, there is Kotobukian Kuranomachi which visited by many travelers. Our speciality, Kawagoe Macha Soba is made from Sarashina-flour which is the center of buckwheat and high quality tea leaves.
Also, Koedo Nihachi Soba is made from blended buckwheat from Hokkaido, Ibaraki, Fukui prefecture.
